Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of PragnyX Learning's courses, live sessions, free sessions, internships, and learning management system (LMS). By registering for an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

These terms are specific to PragnyX Learning and sit alongside, without replacing, PragnyX's main Terms & Conditions for the rest of pragnyx.in.

Enrollment in a paid course is confirmed once payment for your selected format (1-to-1, 1-to-5, or 1-to-10) is successfully processed through Razorpay.

Access to course content, live classes, and course materials is granted for the duration of the course as described on the course page, and is for your personal use only — enrollment is not transferable to another person.

Refunds are available only within 24 hours of a successful payment. Once 24 hours have passed from the time payment is successfully processed, no refund — full or partial — will be issued for that enrollment, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, dissatisfaction with course content, or a change of mind.

To request a refund within the 24-hour window, contact hello.pragnyx@gmail.com with your order details.

A certificate of completion is issued only for courses where a certificate is offered, and only once you have met that course's completion requirements (such as attendance, assignments, or quizzes, as specified for that course).

Certificates are issued at PragnyX Learning's discretion based on genuinely completed work, and each certificate carries a unique, QR-verifiable record that can be checked against our records at any time.

PragnyX Learning may withhold or revoke a certificate found to have been obtained through fraudulent or dishonest means.

PragnyX internship opportunities are NOT guaranteed to any student, regardless of course, format, or performance.

Eligible course completers may apply for an open internship. Selection is based on eligibility criteria, performance, and availability of internship opportunities at the time of application, all of which are determined at PragnyX Learning's sole discretion.

Completing a course, paying for a course, or achieving a particular grade does not, by itself, entitle a student to an internship, an internship offer, or continued placement in an internship once selected.

Students and faculty are expected to engage respectfully in live classes, free sessions, and community channels (including WhatsApp communities). PragnyX Learning may suspend or terminate access for conduct that disrupts learning or violates applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of PragnyX Learning after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
