This Privacy Policy explains how PragnyX Learning ("PragnyX Learning", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about students and faculty who use our courses, live sessions, free sessions, internships, and learning management system (LMS).

This policy is specific to PragnyX Learning. It sits alongside, and does not replace, PragnyX's main Privacy Policy for the rest of pragnyx.in.

We collect the following categories of information from students and faculty:

• Identity and contact details — name, email address, and phone number, provided when you register, enroll, or apply for an internship.
• Profile information — a profile photo, if you choose to add one.
• Payment information — course and format payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment and order details, not your full card or bank details, which Razorpay handles directly.
• Learning activity — course progress, assignment and quiz submissions, attendance at live and free sessions, and certificates issued.
• Faculty-specific information — for faculty accounts, teaching assignments, live class schedules, and performance/rating data tied to the courses they teach.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your student or faculty account and LMS access.
• Process course enrollments, format selection, and payments.
• Deliver live classes, free sessions, assignments, quizzes, and certificates.
• Evaluate and process internship applications.
• Communicate with you about your courses, sessions, and account.
• Improve PragnyX Learning's courses and platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in to the LMS, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect parts of the LMS that require you to stay signed in.

We retain student and faculty account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet academic record-keeping, certificate verification, tax, and legal obligations. Certificate records are retained indefinitely so that certificates remain verifiable.

We share information with the following third parties strictly to operate PragnyX Learning:

• Razorpay — processes course and format payments on our behalf; Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment details.
• Our email provider — used to send account, course, and session communications.

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records (such as certificate and payment records) for verification and legal purposes.
